1. SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions (10DLC Compliance)

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from GuardiaPath Agency, you agree to the following terms:

a. Program Description

We may send you text messages regarding:

Quote Requests: Updates on your insurance application or quote status.
Policy Management: Reminders for renewals, payments, or document requests.
Marketing & Offers: Promotional offers, new insurance products, or newsletters (only if you have specifically opted in for marketing messages).
Support: Responses to your customer service inquiries.

b. Cancellation (Opt-Out)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text the keyword STOP to the number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

c. Help

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at office@guardianpathagency.com.

d. Carriers are Not Liable

Carriers (including T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

e. Message and Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages based on your interaction with us; message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

f. Privacy

If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy. Note that mobile originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.
